A Bible in every coach's hand...
“The FCA Bible has totally changed my husband!” – wife of a coach
A coach from a local high school said, “when I am struggling with an issue, I open up the FCA Coach’s Bible to that day’s devotion, and it addresses exactly what I am struggling with! It inspires me to read the Bible more!”
This coach was so inspired that he went to his principal and shared that he would like every coach at their school to have one of the FCA Coach’s Bibles. The principal wrote a check to FCA for every coach to have one.
The response from coaches and principals has been incredible! This has led our staff and Board to pray about the opportunity to put one of the FCA Coach’s Bibles in the hand of every coach in Mississippi. There are about 5,000 coaches in Mississippi from the Junior High School level to the college level. This means the cost to accomplish this goal would be approximately $65,000.
To date, our FCA Executive Board has put up over $10,000 to initiate this project and we want to give you an opportunity to help. Please consider helping us see that every coach receives this special gift.
God’s word will never return void! Our intent is not to just send a coach a Bible, but to go in and personally place a Bible in every coach’s hand. We want to bless them with this awesome Bible designed specifically for coaches, and also be able to encourage them and pray for them. We want to build relationships through this so that FCA, and more importantly the Word of God, can have an eternal impact in our schools across the state of Mississippi and beyond.
